1.Scope of This Policy
This Cookies Policy explains how Pinas Travel ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies, such as browser local storage, on pinastravel.com (the "Site"), and the choices you have.
It should be read with our Privacy Policy. Where information collected through cookies identifies you, we process it in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL") and the Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading through Modern Technology.
2.What Cookies and Local Storage Are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser so that it can recognise your device on later visits or between pages. Local storage works in a similar way but stays on your device and is not sent to our servers with every request.
First-party cookies and storage are set by our own Site. Third-party cookies are set by another company's service that appears on our Site, such as an embedded map.
3.Our Approach
We keep cookie use to a minimum. Our Site currently uses only what is needed to make it work — keeping you signed in, protecting forms against misuse, remembering your trip selections and saved trips, and recording your cookie choice.
We do not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on our Site, and we do not use cookies to build marketing profiles about you. If we introduce analytics or advertising tools in future, we will set them only after you have given consent, and we will update this Policy and the table below first.

The names beginning "ppb_" are internal labels used by our website software; they contain only the information described and are never sent to advertisers.
5.Third-Party Services
Some pages include or link to services run by other companies, which may set their own cookies under their own policies:
- Google Maps — the map on our Contact page is embedded from Google. When it loads, Google may set cookies to provide the map and remember your preferences. See Google's privacy policy for details.
- Payment gateway — if you pay by card online, you are taken to our payment provider's secure page, which sets its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud.
- WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn — our Site links to these platforms. No cookies are set by them until you click a link and visit their site or app.
We do not control third-party cookies. You can manage them through your browser settings or the third party's own tools.
6.Your Choices
When you first visit our Site, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies and storage are always active, because the Site cannot provide sign-in, your trip selections or your saved preferences without them. Under the PDPL they are used on the basis of providing the service you request.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies and site data for our Site; the banner will then appear again on your next visit.
7.Managing Cookies in Your Browser
All modern browsers let you view, block and delete cookies and site data, either for all sites or for specific ones, and offer private browsing modes that delete cookies when you close the window. Look under Settings → Privacy (or similar) in Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox or your mobile browser.
If you block or delete strictly necessary cookies and storage, you will be signed out, your trip selections and saved trips will be cleared, and some parts of the Site may not work properly.
8.Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because we do not use cookies to track you across other websites, our Site behaves the same whether or not this signal is sent.
9.Children
Our Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly use cookies to collect information from children.
10.Your Rights
Where information collected through cookies identifies you — for example, your account session — you have the rights described in our Privacy Policy, including the right to access, correct and request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent to non-essential cookies at any time.
11.Changes to This Policy
We will update this Policy, including the table above, whenever we change the cookies or storage our Site uses, or when UAE law changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If we begin using analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent before setting them.
